Now is a great time to message your doctor. For a better outline of what comes next.
Typically, in most cases, doctors respond within 24 hours, but please keep in mind that it may take a few business days depending on your state and assigned provider. Your provider will carefully review your chart and medical intake and will reach out to you through our secure HIPAA-compliant portal with any additional questions or clarifications. Moving forward, you can easily communicate any medically related inquiries through this portal. We are here to support you every step of the way.
Once approved you will get an email that your doctor has messaged you. Your doctor will let you know in the doctor's chat via message after they have reviewed you.
Once approved, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for fulfilment within 5–10 business days or sooner, and you will be notified when it ships.
Once your medication has been prescribed the address associated with the eRX cannot be changed. Future refills can be adjusted moving forward and we always suggest contacting us to ensure accuracy. We kindly ask you to keep things such as vacations and trips out of town in mind along with our estimated timeline when ordering and refilling.
All our pharmacy partners are licensed 503(a) compounding pharmacies situated within the United States. They strictly adhere to FDA guidance and regulatory compliance, reflecting our commitment to delivering products of the highest quality and safety. The pharmacy we use depends on state and volume, amount other facts but are all vetted thoroughly by our team. Once you are approved your pharmacy will appear on your script in your portal. Thanks!
When you enroll you will see a pending charge. Once approved this will move to posted - meaning it will come out of your account. If you are not approved by the doctor the pending charge will fall off in roughly 5 business days.
Only certain pharmacy partners utilize the technology for the portal to automatically update. If your portal is not updating, no worries. Most of our other partners will send you shipping information when your medication is sent. We always recommend signing up for FedEx and UPS delivery notifications for your address.
We currently do not offer phone support to keep the price of our program competitive. Our staff is available 7-days a week to address any concerns you have via chat or email.
Our programs are specific to you. This means doctor's will have the ability to determine the best individual path for your care. If you have questions please contact us.
We are sorry you wish to cancel and respect your decision to make the best medical choices for yourself. Since your visit has taken place and your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy via eRx, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request. Please contact customer service to see if cancellation is still possible. Please note that if a cancellation can be accommodated, a non-refundable fee of $100 may be incurred to cover costs already associated with starting your treatment.
Please message us and the doctor's chat as soon as possible. The doctors can approve extremely fast - so the quicker you contact support and the doctors to stop the process, the better chances we have of not needing to issue a cancelation fee!
If you are medically disqualified you will not be charged.
Unfortunately, medication cannot be returned. Once you receive your medication you will have to complete the requisite billing associated with it. When this billing is complete you will not have to cancel. You will only be charged if you refill your medication.
